Trainers Rules & Policy –
- DevOpsSchool gives all rights to any of our Trainer to take over the class and control the class environment.
- Unprofessional behavior with our trainer from the participants cannot be considered in any manner/situation and can leads to stop or termination of all the services of DevOpsSchool for the participant without any refund or partially refund.
- Trainers can remove or add participants on the basis of DevOpsSchool’s policies and set of rules with appropriate consent from competent authority.
- Trainers might not will conduct classes on public holidays. If trainer wants to conduct the class, he has to take consent of every participants.
Other Rules & Policies
- Fee – Full payment of the course fee must be received by the date of commencement. DevOpsSchool will confirm enrollment on 50% of fee deposit. Talk to our team for EMI options.
- Course fee includes the course infrastructure, Course materials, and access to our online portals/forum and in some of the course GST included. Note: GST is excluded in most of the course fee. Additional payment of GST as per government rule will be applied.
- Class limitation – We consider participants in an online class or offline to be strictly on “first come first server basis”.
- Rescheduling Class – If any particular class (online or offline) is postponed due to any reason like Trainer Unavailability, Infrastructure Track Down, Illness of any Trainer/Staff, DevOpsSchool will ensure to reschedule the class.
- Course Materials – Course materials will be provided by DevOpsSchool Team/Trainer. We distribute only soft copy of the materials. We work in paper free environment, we want you too.
- Participants Conduct – Client/customer are expected to behave and interact in a professional manner. Unprofessional behavior will give you instant termination from the course or service without any prior notice or email
- Data Security - We endeavors to keep every personal and professional information confidential. Our participants database are secure and not be handover to any third party for any reason. Professional information will only be used for educational, promotional or marketing purposes after the consent of the participants.
- Working Hours – We do work from 9AM to 6PM from Monday to Saturday. Any of our staff /trainer might not be available on any of the public holiday. Not Applicable for Scheduled Classes.
- We might use your contact details to contact you for some company or class related purpose or may be to inform you about our new course or offer. If you don’t want to see us on your mail, please unsubscribe us.
- If you have participated in any of the event or class, image or video related to that will be features on our website. We will make sure those images or videos not gonna be misused.
- Your reviews and feedbacks in any form (text, image or video) will be displayed on our website and other platforms as well.
