Step 1 – Install WSL
Step 2 – Install Ubuntu WSL image from Microsoft Store
Step 3 – Login to ubuntu wsl and install Kapitan
$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install -y python3.8-dev python3-pip python3-yaml
$ pip3 install --user --upgrade kapitan
$ sudo pip3 install --upgrade kapitan
$ kapitan --version
