There is no list. What you are experiencing is an attempt by your software vendor to keep the software you have installed on your computer up-to-date so that it runs efficiently and safely. If you prefer not to be notified of updates, there is a desktop tool called the Update Manager that you can use to control the updates and messages you receive. For general information, see About the Update Manager. For instructions on how to change update settings using the Update Manager, see Changing Settings.
